Haircut, finally.

I am not a fan of long hair on myself.  Turns out, if I have to take care of Ingrid's hair, I'm not a fan of hers being long either.  She looks so cute with ponytails in, but she cries and doesn't want me to put them in, and/or takes them out as soon as I manage to get them in.  I've been talking about cutting it back to a cute short bob for some time now but never got around to it, but last night I couldn't take it anymore.  So outside we went with the sewing scissors.  It's really hard to get a 2yr old to keep her head in one place for more than a milisecond, so of course the hair is uneven and wonky.  But wouldn't you know it, it's still pretty cute!

I think the uneven-ness is part of what makes it look so cute!

It is super cute, and rather than 'uneven and wonky' I would describe it more as 'gently feathered'(or at least that is what I tell people when I have been cutting the girls hair!!).
Good job Mama Liddle.

Ummm... Could we talk about how adorable your little girl is and that little haircute. I mean haircut. But haircute kinda sums it up nicely as well. And it just means more button cute barrettes in your future. Yay!
