Busy Busy Baby

Last week Ingrid and I met some friends at a park in Ann Arbor. It was so nice out and we got to go swinging and see some ducks and geese. Ingrid can't make the quack sound, but her mouth was going like she wanted to say it. She definitely knows what a duck says :)
She has now learned how to sit on her knees, which she thinks is pretty cool. It's so fun to see her master something and then go on to the next thing. She's sitting well, so now it's sitting on the knees. She's crawling well so now it's time to stand. Even standing is becoming easy so now she's starting to move from one thing to another. Walking is just around the corner!

Brendan and I went to Milwaukee last weekend so he could defend his dissertation. He's very close to being done, hooray! Ingrid got to hang out with Gramma and eat some spaghetti. Yum.
