Fun with Film

Yesterday I got out my film camera that I haven't used in ages. I forgot how awesome pictures can turn out with it! I'm so excited to use it again, especially with such a cute model.

A day at the zoo!

Ingrid went to the zoo for the first time. We went with our friend Lisa and her two girls, Emma and Kayla. Ingrid liked to just sit in her stroller and enjoy the fresh air, until she zonked out after lunch, open mouth and all.

We clean up nice

Brendan and I went to a wedding on Saturday. Ingrid stayed at home with Grandma and Grandpa, so this isn't really a post about Ingrid. I was just so happy to see we can still put ourselves together if we need to :) So here Brendan and I are, looking quite nice for a change...

Three Months Old!

Seriously? She's already three months old? They really DO grow fast...

This weekend we went to the cottage and Ingrid went swimming. She loved it, or rather, she just sat there and didn't cry, so I think she loved it.





I think she weighs about 13-14 lbs now and she just grew out of her size 1 diapers. Exciting! She's still having trouble holding that noggin of hers up but hopefully with more practice she'll catch up. Physical therapy is okay, but she's stubborn and doesn't like me to do her stretches. Being stubborn, hmmm, wonder where that comes from??! She sleeps like a champ, usually 12 hours with one feeding around 4am. Yea!

I got a new hat for Ingrid. It doesn't fit really well, but it sure looks cute!

Advanced, Spunky Ingrid

Ingrid went to the physical therapist yesterday, who called her advanced and spunky for rolling over already! I learned about all the exercises and stretches I can do to make sure Ingrid's flat head doesn't become permanent. She also needs lots more tummy time, which I have been neglecting. So here are some pictures of her doing a good job holding her head up, reading a book (in German, she really IS advanced!) and a picture of her sleeping in her new favorite position.

DANG IT!

I have been at the cottage with my mom and aunt Denice and Ingrid for two days and the second I leave, my wonderful daughter decides to have a major milestone. Apparently she rolled over from her back to stomach for the first time while I was on my way home to Milwaukee! And now I won't see her for two days! I'm so disappointed!
