Yesterday we got dressed,


had a playdate with some friends,



took a nap,

and woke up happy! It was a good day.

Being Silly with Mama

Botanical Gardens

We went to the Botanical Gardens today and looked at all the plants. It was so nice to walk around and feel warm air and smell the greenery. It was much needed since we got a bunch of snow this weekend...Ingrid liked to watch the fish in the ponds and grab at the plants.

Nine Months

Yep, nine months today. We still don't have a doctor here in MI yet, though, so I haven't been able to take her to her nine month checkup. Thus, I have no idea how big she is. I don't believe in having a scale in my home :)

New Camera!

Yes, I finally got a new camera. Watch out, Ingrid, mama's going crazy taking pictures!

Walking in the Sun

We took Cody to the park Sunday. The sun was out but it is still too cold for my liking. Come on, Spring, get here already!!!

Ingrid's Weekend

This weekend Gramma came to visit.
Ingrid helped unload the dishwasher...

...helped make a birthday cake for mama...

...helped blow out the candles...

...played with the cat...

...had naked time...

...and got new teeth.

It was exhausting.

A Trip Downtown

The other day we took a walk around downtown Ypsilanti. It's pretty cute. There are some great old buildings and signs. We met a very nice man at a bike shop and had a delicious lunch at a place called Beezy's which reminded us of Fuel without the motorcycle theme.
